This class is aimed at fencers who have experience at state-level competitions, aspirations to fence at a national level or are already competing at national and international level. The focus of this class will be 40 minutes of fencing-specific fitness, strength and conditioning, advanced skill acquisition followed by open bouting.

• Saturday 11:00am – 12:30pm (this includes bouting time afterwards during school terms).
• Booking and payment are required before the start of the term.
• Ages 11+ years old who have attended our intermediate courses and compete.

• All fencers in this class are encouraged to fence regularly at the club on Monday and Wednesday nights. As members of ASC these club nights are at no additional costs. Non ASC members who are members of other FSA clubs and have FSA licences are welcome to register for this class as well or attend casually for $15 per session.
